Market visit to the dairy and beverage industry in California, USA
Join us on a market visit to California and meet, network and establish connections with selected American stakeholders in the dairy and beverage sector. Danish Export – Food Tech in cooperation with the Sustainable Industry Alliance (SIA) are organizing the market trip.
SIA is initiated by The Trade Council in North America, Confederation of Danish Industry, and the Danish Energy Agency with support from EKF. The alliance aims to bring Danish energy-efficient solutions to the U.S. market with a particular focus on the food and beverage industry in California.
The purpose of the market visit to California is to establish direct contact to selected American stakeholders in the dairy and beverage sector and help the participating Danish companies to expand their businesses in the U.S. market. Additionally, the purpose of the trip is to provide Danish participants with insights into local regulatory challenges and opportunities for further collaboration and technology development.
Export potential to the American dairy and brewery industry
As one of the world's largest exporters of dairy products, the USA market demand for quality products in this sector is growing. At the same time, the American beverage industry is developing contently, seeking technological solutions to improve the efficiency and products quality.
Participating in the program is your opportunity to:

The event is subsidised by The Trade Council.
To participate with subsidy, your company must be eligible to receive subsidies based on the de-minimis-rules and regulations from the Trade Council.
The de minimis-enactment means that a company can receive public subsidies of maximum EUR 300,000 within a period of three calendar years. To receive subsidies, companies must be registered with a Danish VAT-number and complete a business form.
